Shipping policy

At BKS MOTORS PVT LTD, we provide world class shipping to all our customers that includes top quality packaging, inspection, fast & on-time delivery and timely communication at each stage of shipping. Generally, it takes 1 to 3 days to deliver goods to customers address. But if stock not available then it may take 7 to 10 days.

We hear what you're saying once you buy merchandise online, the biggest question usually is "Where is my stuff?" - well with us, we address that worry. We take care of everything so you don't have to be solicitous about anything.

We have partnered with most of the top courier and logistics partners to assure that you receive your order on time and safely with full courtesy and observation.

Please Note:

1. The users will have to bear a minimum shipping/delivery cost of Zero depending upon the products which is informed at the time of making purchase. The shipping/delivery costs are not fixed and shall vary depending upon delivery/shipping location/pin code provided by the user or other issues that might affect timely delivery.

2. The Seller shall not be responsible for any issues with respect to the delivery of the product [such as damaged, theft or product missing in transit].

3. If a User decline to accept an order after it has been dispatched/shipped/or put in transit, the product(s) will be processed as return, cancellation for such products is possible only until the cancel option is available on the website or mobile application and not thereafter.

4. The Seller shall not be impel to refund the price of the product if the User refuses to accept the order at the doorstep for any reason (pre-paid as well as Cash-on-delivery orders). If a re-delivery is required/requested, the User will be charged an additional fee.

5. The User is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. The shipping cost is non-refundable and will be depended upon the item returned. In the event that the User fails to pay the shipping cost, the applicable amount will be deducted from the User's refund.

6. The delivery of the product might get delayed in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. However, the Seller shall not be liable for any delay as the time for delivery/shipping depends upon factors such as location, availability, reach of our delivery partners, etc.

7. The Seller shall not be responsible for any unpredictable event beyond the control of the Seller [explosion, transport vehicle containing items/goods colliding or overturning, loading and unloading of goods, accidental or impact damage, lockdown due to pandemic, earthquakes, etc.]. Rest assured the happening of such event is extremely rare.
